Protected disclosure
Restricted information may include the founder’s source recordings and authorized voice clone, prompts, knowledge bases, conversation designs, hotkey media, software, source code, system architecture, security controls, automation logic, credentials, client information, training and evaluation data, pricing, product plans, benchmarks, performance evidence, and unpublished North Star Intelligence methods.
Mutual protection
The approved NDA is intended to protect qualifying confidential information disclosed by either party for evaluating or performing a defined business relationship. The executed document—not this webpage—sets the parties, effective date, permitted purpose, exclusions, safeguards, compelled-disclosure process, return or destruction duties, term, survival period, remedies, and governing law.
No license or relicense
Disclosure does not grant a license, sublicense, relicense, assignment, ownership interest, model-training right, voice-cloning right, derivative-use right, or permission to reverse engineer. Service access, if approved, is governed only by a separate signed agreement and remains subject to the protected-asset restrictions in the Terms.
Before restricted access
- Identify the legal name and authorized signer for each party.
- Define the evaluation or service purpose.
- Execute the approved NDA through the designated signature process.
- Execute the applicable services agreement before configuration or deployment.
- Provision only the minimum role and tenant access required.
This page is not an executed NDA
This page is a disclosure boundary and request path. It is not a signature, acceptance workflow, legal opinion, or substitute for the final agreement approved by counsel and signed by both parties.
