After hours coverage
The phone rings at 9pm. Somebody answers.
Cody answers every inbound call at any hour, in English or Spanish, qualifies the job, books it inside a calendar window you approve and writes the outcome to your CRM with one owner and one due time. Inbound only.
What the missed call costs
The 9pm water heater
A homeowner with a flooded basement calls three numbers. The first pickup takes the job.
The Sunday quote
A weekend enquiry that waits until Monday is worth a fraction of what it was worth on Sunday.
The Monday queue
Fourteen voicemails, no owner on any of them, and a dispatcher deciding order by guess.
The windows it covers
Nights
The call that lands after the last truck is back. Answered, qualified, booked.
Weekends
Saturday and Sunday run on the same question set and the same calendar rules.
Holidays
No skeleton crew and no priced up holiday rate. The line behaves the same.
Overflow
Three lines ringing at once are three answered calls, not two and a voicemail.
Coverage hours for live human escalation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. Outside those hours the call still ends booked or owned with a due time on the record.
Price, with no night premium
Solo $897 a month. Growth $1,497. Team from $2,497. Overage $0.39 per minute. Deployment is quoted on the fit call and agreed in writing.
Questions about after hours cover
- What happens to a call that comes in at 2 in the morning?
- It is answered on the first ring, in English or Spanish, with the AI disclosure and the recording notice. Cody works your approved question set, books an appointment on a calendar window you allow overnight, or opens the job with one named owner, one next action and a due time first thing in the morning.
- Is there a separate after hours rate?
- No. Solo is $897 per month, Growth $1,497, Team from $2,497, and overage runs $0.39 per minute whatever the hour. Nights, weekends and holidays are not priced up.
- Can a real emergency still reach a person?
- Yes. You define what counts as an emergency for your trade. Those calls escalate to whoever is on call, with the address, the callback number and the situation already captured, so the person who picks up is not starting from zero.
- Does it place outbound calls at night?
- No. EchoCody is inbound only. It answers calls placed to your number and can text a missed caller back with consent. It never dials a prospect on your behalf.
- How is this different from a night answering service?
- A night service takes a message and hands it to you in the morning. This ends the call with an outcome: a booked job on your calendar or a case in your CRM with an owner and a due time. The morning starts with a board, not a voicemail queue.
- What are your coverage hours for a live person?
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST for live human escalation on our side. The line itself answers every hour of every day, and every call outside those hours still ends booked or owned with a due time on the record.
