Virtual reception · English and Spanish

A bilingual virtual receptionist that finishes the call.

Reception is not answering. It is deciding what the caller needs, putting it on the calendar and leaving a record your team can act on. Cody does that in English or Spanish, on every call, at the same time.

AI voice · inbound calls only · recorded & transcribed.

Reception is the first stage of the Relationship OS

A receptionist who forgets the last call starts every relationship at zero. Cody carries the identity, the language preference and the history forward, so the second call opens where the first one ended. That memory is what makes reception compound instead of repeat.

Questions about virtual reception

01

What does a bilingual virtual receptionist actually do here?
It greets the caller in the language they open with, asks the trade questions you would ask, books the appointment on an approved calendar window and writes the structured outcome to your CRM. It is a receptionist that finishes the job, not one that takes a message.

02

Is it a person or an AI?
An AI named Cody, disclosed on the first sentence with your shop name and the recording notice. Ask for a person at any point and the call transfers with the context already captured.

03

How many calls can it take at once?
Every one of them. There is no queue and no hold. Ten calls at 7:00 AM are answered at 7:00 AM, in whichever language each caller uses.

04

Can it follow my intake script?
Yes. The questions, the qualifying rules, the transfer conditions and the calendar windows are yours. Deployment is where we set them, and you approve them before the line goes live.

05

Does it work outside business hours?
The line answers every hour. Live human escalation runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. Outside those hours the call still ends booked or owned with a due time on the record.

06

What does it cost against a per minute receptionist plan?
Solo $897 per month. Growth $1,497. Team from $2,497. Overage $0.39 per minute. Deployment is quoted on the fit call.
