Terms

  • Month to month after the build, unless a signed contract says otherwise.
  • Voice minutes beyond the included pool bill at $0.39 per minute.
  • Minutes transferred to a human are excluded from overage where the telephony platform reports them separately.
  • Additional vertical playbook: $2,500 setup and $600 per month.
  • Telecom, carrier and SMS charges are passed through at cost where your account is billed directly.
  • CRM platform fees are billed to you by your CRM provider and are not included here.
  • The build fee is paid once, before the agent takes a live call.
  • Inbound only. We do not place outbound sales calls on your behalf.
