Operating memory
One record per customer. Every system writes to it.
Most software remembers the record.EchoCody remembers the relationship.
The call, the text, the booked window and the outcome land on the same record. That is why the next interaction starts where the last one ended, in the language the customer was worked in.
What gets written
01
Written on contact
Name, number, language, address and the words the customer used.
02
Written on the job
Trade, urgency, the promise made and the window held on the calendar.
03
Written on the outcome
What the crew found, what was billed and whether the promise held.
04
Read back on the next call
Cody opens with the history, not with a form.
Worked example
One after hours call, nine weeks later
Tuesday, 7:12 PM
A homeowner calls after hours in Spanish about a unit that stopped cooling. Cody answers in Spanish, captures the address, reads the urgency as same week and holds a Thursday morning window.
Thursday, 11:40 AM
The crew closes the visit with a part on order. That note goes on the same record, and the follow up is scheduled against the part, not against a generic timer.
Nine weeks later
The same number calls again. Cody opens in Spanish, already knows the address and the unit, skips the intake and books the return visit in under a minute.
This example describes how the system works. It is not a named customer account.
How it improves
- What is operating memory?
- One record per customer that every interaction writes to. The call, the text, the booked window, the crew note and the outcome all land on the same record, so the next interaction starts from what already happened instead of from a blank screen.
- Where does it live?
- In the CRM you already run. EchoCody writes the contact, the opportunity, the appointment and the interaction trail back to that system, and keeps its own evidence copy so nothing is lost if a sync fails and has to be replayed.
- How does it improve over time?
- Every closed job labels the record: what was asked, what was promised, what was delivered. Those labels tune the qualification questions, the routing and the follow up timing for the next customer with the same shape of request.
