Bilingual inbound · English and Spanish

The bilingual answering service that books the job.

Half your callers speak Spanish. A message pad does not book them. Cody answers in the language the caller opens with, qualifies the job, books the appointment and writes the outcome to your CRM. That is the Relationship OS for service businesses.

AI voice · inbound calls only · recorded & transcribed.

Why an answering service is not enough

A bilingual answering service takes the call and hands you a message. The revenue is still sitting in a queue, waiting on someone to call back before the customer books elsewhere. The bilingual part is real work and it matters. It is only half the job.

Capture means the call ends with an outcome, not a note. Booked on an approved calendar window, or owned by one named person with a due time on the record, in English or in Spanish, every hour of the day.

How a bilingual call ends

  1. 01

    Answer in their language

English or Spanish on the first sentence, with the AI disclosure and the recording notice.

  2. 02

    Qualify the job

The trade questions you would ask. Emergencies and angry callers transfer to a person.

  3. 03

    Book or own

An approved calendar window, or one named owner with one next action and one due time.

  4. 04

    Write the record

A structured outcome in the CRM, in the language the call happened in.

The Spanish lane, in full

Mirrored Spanish, peer tone, matched to how the caller speaks to you. The confirmation, the follow up and the record all stay in the same language the call happened in. Read the Spanish page for the full six stages.

Bilingual answering by market

Deployment is remote and the line is inbound only, so coverage is not limited by where an office sits. These are the markets with a page written for the operator searching in Spanish, each with its own local form.

Coverage hours for live human escalation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. Outside those hours the call still ends booked or owned with a due time on the record.

Questions about bilingual coverage

01

Is this a bilingual answering service or something else?
Both answers are true. It answers every inbound call in English or Spanish, and it does the part a message service cannot: it qualifies the job, books the appointment on an approved calendar window and writes the outcome to your CRM. That is why we call it a Relationship OS.

02

How does it pick the language?
The caller picks it. Speak Spanish and the whole conversation stays in Spanish, including the questions, the confirmation and the text that follows. Speak English and it stays in English. Nothing switches mid sentence.

03

Is the Spanish native or translated?
Native. Mexican and US Spanish, peer tone, the words a service customer actually uses. It is not an English script run through a translator.

04

Will callers know it is a machine?
Yes. On your customer line the first sentence names Cody as an AI assistant with your shop name, says the call is recorded, and offers a person. Ask for a human at any point and the call transfers with the context already captured.

05

What happens outside business hours?
The line still answers. Coverage hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST for live human escalation, and every call outside those hours still ends booked or owned with a due time on the record.

06

What does it cost against a per minute answering service?
Solo $897 per month. Growth $1,497. Team from $2,497. Overage $0.39 per minute. Deployment is quoted on the fit call.
