Inbound call from a plumber in Logan. Cody answers, mirrors the caller's own words, gets the average job number and closes on Tuesday or Thursday.

CodyHola, soy Cody, de EchoCody. Gracias por contactarnos. ¿Con quién tengo el gusto de hablar?
- 0:07
CallerSoy Ramiro, ando en plomería aquí en Logan.
- 0:11
CodyMucho gusto, Ramiro.
Step three, optional
Talk to Cody now, before the demo.
Same agent that answers your calls. No microphone needed for the introduction, and tapping starts a live session.
This is an AI voice assistant, not a human. Starting a call records and transcribes your audio and shares it with our voice model and service providers so the assistant can respond, as described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. Your microphone is used only while the call is open and is released when it ends. EchoCody answers incoming phone calls and web conversations you start. It does not place outbound phone calls.

Before the call
The questions that come up right before people book
What does the voice agent actually do on a call?
It answers, states that it is an AI assistant, qualifies the job the way your best CSR would, and either books into a real slot on your calendar or captures the details and hands them off with a named next action. It does not guess at pricing, and anything outside its playbook goes to a person.
Will callers know it is a machine?
On your customer line: the first sentence names Cody as an AI assistant with your shop, says the call is recorded, and offers a person. On this website: Hi, this is EchoCody. Thanks for reaching out. Who do I have the pleasure of speaking with? Shop inbound discloses before any question. This website keeps the EchoCody greeting.
Can they get a person?
Yes. A person is one sentence away. Ask for a human, raise a safety issue, or push back, and the call transfers with the context already captured.
How does pricing work as we add people and locations?
Solo is $897 a month, Growth is $1,497 a month and Team starts at $2,497 a month. Overage is $0.39 per minute. Deployment is quoted on the fit call. Locations, calendars, call volume and how much of the follow through you hand over set which tier fits.
What sets the tier?
The shape of the operation: how many locations and calendars you run, call volume, and how much of the follow through you hand over. Solo is $897 a month, Growth is $1,497, Team starts at $2,497.
What happens if we go over the minutes?
Included minutes are per month and overage is billed at $0.39 per minute at the same rate on every tier. A heavy month is a line item, not a renegotiation.
How fast does the voice agent go live?
Five days to overflow coverage on one call path, then two weeks of daily tuning. Those are two clocks, not one. Nothing changes for your team until the transcripts read the way you want.
Where does our data live and who can see it?
Call records, transcripts and lead data sit in access controlled storage with row level policies, encrypted in transit and at rest. Retention is set per dataset and older records are purged on that schedule. Your CRM stays the system of record, we do not sell or share data, and we do not train a public model on your calls.
How is recording handled?
Notice comes first, in the opening sentence. Consent is handled for the jurisdiction the call falls under, and recordings are described in the Privacy Policy.
